Volunteer: SF Climate Week HikeWe’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support our SF Climate Week Hike event. Volunteers will help welcome and group guests at the start of the hike, assist with day-of logistics, and support setup for the water station, snacks, and check-in table. This role also includes joining 1–2 short virtual planning meetings ahead of the event to coordinate responsibilities and ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for all participants. It’s a great opportunity to connect with the climate community while helping create a memorable outdoor event. We host a wide array of virtual events including (but not limited to) workshops, educational panels, and happy hours. Delivering both high-volume and high-caliber events creates many opportunities for people to benefit from WCS and our community. Our events engage volunteers, attendees, speakers, sponsors, and co-hosts alike. Whether you are job hunting, looking to grow your personal network, gain new skills, transition into cleantech, or just give back to your community — the Virtual Events Team has programming to help you achieve your goals.
