Breakout Room Volunteer responsibilities:
1. Ensure the room remains active and engaged.
2. Ensure the facilitator allows all participants to speak equally.
3. Be prepared to step in if the facilitator experiences technical issues, and engage with participants if the facilitator loses internet connection.
4. Provide feedback after the event.
A reliable internet connection is essential, along with the confidence to step in and engage with a virtual room of up to 10 participants if the facilitator happens to drop off.
